You are agreeing to rent the mentioned property sight unseen. Interior and exterior design can vary from our catalog and website as owners redecorate from time to time.
Changes in inventory will not void or alter the terms of the rental contract.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking is due in our office within five working days of your phone request to confirm your booking. We reserve the right to treat any booking as cancelled if funds due are not paid on time.
For reservations made within 60 days of departure date full payment is required upon making your reservation request.
For shorter term reservations full payment is required in secured funds (wire transfer, bank cashier's check, US postal money order or other secured instrument), and must be received in our office within two working days of the date you book your vacation, and therefore Fed-ex or other such type of delivery is recommended.
If payment does not arrive 30 days before your arrival date the reservation will be subject to availability and may be cancelled, and we will no longer have the obligation to provide the services described in the confirmation coupon.
A security deposit is required at check-in and refunded at check out, after inventory inspection.

If you wish to change the date of stay we will have to be contacted directly at (52+984) 803 2540 or by fax at (52+984) 803 2539.
All request for changing the date of stay will be subject to availability and may or not be subject to additional charges according to seasonal rates.
All holiday reservations, bookings and/or deposits are non-refundable. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter week.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Remax-Playa. Charges depend on the length of time prior to departure date that we receive your cancellation.
Payments of either deposits or payments in full are refundable when applicable as follows:
There will be no refunds for unused services, and in no circumstances will refund ever exceed amount paid. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended and can be obtained through your local travel agency.
In the event any property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control after a deposit is received, Remax-Playa will have the option of either moving the reservation to a similar property, or refunding the deposit in full.
Adults: All passengers must carry a passport or an official government-issued driver's license or identification card.
Minors: Any person under 18 traveling without legal parents or guardian, or with only one parent, must have a notarized letter of permission signed by absent parent/legal guardian. If signature is not obtained by reason of (a) single parent; (b) one parent deceased; (c) parents divorced or legally separated; (d) parent waiting for child in any foreign country; a notarized letter stating same should be in possession of the minor. Unaccompanied children under 18 must also carry a letter stating the name, address and phone number of the person meeting them upon arrival.
Please review well in advance of your departure date that you have the proper identification. We would hate to have you disappointed if you are unable to board the plane due to the improper documentation clause that international airports are currently so strict about!
Remax-Playa is acting as intermediary agent for independent suppliers in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by Remax-Playa.
Remax-Playa shall not be responsible for misrepresentation, breach of contract, or any international carelessness or negligent actions or omissions on the part of the suppliers which result in injury, accident, death, damages, losses, costs, expenses, inconvenience, loss of wages, employment, enjoyment, unfulfilled expectations, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental, as a result of, or in connection with:
Remax-Playa is not responsible for providing special facilities or services to those with special needs.
Remax-Playa reserves the right to cancel or alter the travel services at it's own discretion. In the event of changes or complete cancellation, Remax-Playa liability shall be limited to the cancellation and refund clause stated above.
No agent, employee or representative of Remax-Playa has the authority to alter, modify or waive any of the provisions herein.
This is a Mexican contract in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Jurisdiction of disputes between parties or their agents shall be in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
