Villa Caballero is a beautiful contemporary style Villa with a Mexican flavor! It is located in a private gated community within Playacar Phase II. Enter this gorgeous Villa to a beautiful high ceiling foyer and marble flooring throughout. The skylights and openness of the Villa make it a bright and vibrant home.

Each bedroom has mini split air conditioning and ceiling fans! The villa sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master suite, walk in closet and double sinks. The master room has a private terrace that overlooks the lush tropical garden and cenote style pool below. The other room that is also located on the second floor has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The guest room on the main level has 2 individual beds. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and lots of closet space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and everything you need from cooking your favorite meal to blending your favorite frozen drink. The dining area has seating for 6 people and the living area is complete with a sofa, love seat and chair. The living area is decorated with unique lighting made from wood found here in the area. Rustic wood turned to sheik dˇcor! The living area is complete with Sky Satellite television and a DVD player.

Finally, step off your back terrace to the tropical colors, smells and birds that surround you. You will find tranquility and relaxation with this beautiful ambiance. Your cenote style pool is surrounded by this indescribable beauty. Playa del Carmen's soft sandy beaches and famous 5th Avenue are only a quick 10 minute walk away!

At the end of the street you will find the most exquisite Spa in the area to make your vacation complete and relaxing. The Spa services available are facials, massages, hydrotherapies, beauty salon, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, restaurant and much more. If you decide to enjoy in the tranquility that this Spa has to offer fees are applicable.

For an additional fee and upon request and availability only we can offer you our fabulous in house cook, private taxi & shuttle van services, excursions/tours, in house masseuse and airport transportation one way or roundtrip. If you like you can send us your grocery list and we can have your fridge stocked upon arrival!
