The path out your back door will lead you to the turquoise colored Caribbean ocean. Next door is the Reef Club Hotel where residents of the area can enjoy the hotel facilities for the day. We will provide the Playacar homeowners card so you can enjoy the hotel services at a discounted rate! The location is easy for you to jump in a taxi or walk to the famous fifth Avenue in 10 minutes, where you can enjoy shopping, hundreds of restaurants and many more activities.

Beauty and comfort with a Mexican ambiance and new upgrades. With four stories of spacious living area you will find all that you need to have the perfect vacation. This home has beautiful decorating throughout and can sleep up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed and mini split air conditioning. Each room has its own plasma television! The house has a fully equipped kitchen including all appliances you might need to make your favorite Mexican dish. The dining area has a glass table and seating for 6 people. You have a unique Mexican cantina bar where you can make your ice cold Margarita to cool off. In front of the bar is a built-in sofa with a large plasma television. The house has sky satellite television.

The stairwell leads up to the bedrooms and has a unique hallway where you will see decorative and artistic Mexican style stained glass wall with ambient lighting from behind. The 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and a colorful tiled bathtub. Light the candles around the tub and relax! The master bedroom has a large terrace that faces a lush tropical garden. The 2 other bedrooms both are very spacious and have a shared bathroom. The third floor has been made into a studio where you can put your computer down and enjoy the Internet that we provide with our rentals.

On the fourth story you have an open aired roof terrace where you can suntan in our chaise lounges, view the ocean, enjoy the tropical breeze or get on one of the hanging swings attached to the palapa!

The large common area pool in your backyard is surrounded by chaise lounges and has a pool area for the little ones. For those more active vacationers there is also a tennis court in your backyard!

Saving the best for last is the truly amazing freshwater "cenote" under your home! It is a must-see and incredibly refreshing. Admire and enjoy the beauty of the crystal clear freshwater "cenote" surrounded by underground caves. The house has two large terraces where you can sit and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. Both terraces overlook the garden and pool area. One terrace is located off of the master bedroom and the other is off the back of the house.

Upon request and availability we can offer you an in-house cook, private taxi, shuttle van, excursions, nanny service, and an in-house masseuse.
